The Management Services Branch is responsible for supporting the operational activities of the various other branches of the Division.

The Finance and Shared Services Section is responsible for preparation of the annual Division budget, tracking budget and performance indicators on a monthly basis, processing other financial information along with reconciliation and cashiering for sales transactions at the Houston Permitting Center.

The Logistics Section is responsible for the processing of personnel actions including but not limited to hiring, drug testing, grievances, classification challenges, terminations, medical separations, employee concerns, training, and managing purchasing operations and service contracts for the Division.
