Resources and Client Services

Resources and Client Services enhance the impact and efficiency of key business services to ensure Houston Water operates at an optimal level. Resources and Client Services is comprised of five primary areas that provide support in finance, business analysis, operations, restoration, communication, and compliance.

Financial and Administrative Team

This section consists of Budget, Financial Analysis, Supply and Services Procurement, Fixed Asset and Fleet Management, Contract Administration Support and HR Support.

The Business Analysis Section

Includes Research and Development, which is responsible for streamlining processes to include but not limited to technology and personnel processes.
